What's Happening at Salt Creek

I Read to the Principal—I am happy and proud to say that all students at Salt Creek have read to me! We will celebrate Wednesday morning with the Pancake Breakfast. Family Night—Wednesday, February 20th, 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. is our second family night. Dr. Balodis will be here to talk to parents about children’s nutrition and teachers will work with the students in the gym. Hope you can join us. Valentine’s Day Parties—Thursday Parties begin in classrooms at 2:15 p.m. Once again we are requesting that you not send goodie bags. The room parents have many activities planned as well as snacks. Thank you. Snow and Cold—We have sure had our share of snow and cold this winter. The students are loving it! We do go outside everyday if the temperature allows. Students are enjoying the time to play in the snow. They must have snow pants and boots to do this. This is a good time to be sure your child has a change of clothes at school including socks.
